Sand Between a Dead Boy's Toes at Nossa Morte

The latest issue of Nossa Morte includes my seventieth publication, a dark fiction entitled Sand Between a Dead Boy's Toes.

I remember (as a kid) imagining my bed was a boat and the carpet a sea. The sharks in the tale came to me in a dream. As for the dead boy - he dropped himself into the story... If you want to read the result, pop over and take a look, only please come back and tell me what you think...

I read it earlier today. Lovely (dark of course, but I find that lovely). I used to play similar games as a child; in fact, my sons (6 and 3) like to pretend our floors are "hot lava". Thanks for sharing.

Good story, brutha. One of my favourites of yours for some time. It's a good ezine to get into ( think), so with it and Murky Depths on the horizon, it seems this self-imposed deadline has worked wonders for your hit count...

:o)

That was a haunting tale, Steven, good to see it found a home.

Seventy publications? (Sound of forelock being tugged...)
